This position is responsible for heading the BPNA, Corporate Finance & Secretariat Office, which would require management of financial Institutions & related relationships.   11. Keep an eye out that the dining room, entryway, bathrooms, and menus are kept clean throughout operations.
  12.  Check to see that everything was wonderful. Not only is the host or hostess the first impression the guest gets when they come to an establishment they are also the last. You should check with every guest and if there was any kind of problem quickly get a manager.

    * The main focus will be to assist with accounting duties but in the future, this person will also be assisting in maintaining rate quotes and cost breaks in an in-house system.​
    * This person will also assist the billing department; enter vendor invoices, bill customers, print invoices, mailing invoices, some filing, and other clerical duties as required.​

Key Requirements and Qualifications:

    * Minimum 3+​ years of accounting experience.​
    * Must have at least a few years of cost accounting experience and be a quick learner.​
    * Must have excellent computer skills; to be able to manipulate data exported from an in-house program to Excel, generate worksheets for rating/​billing purposes and also to be able to lookup data from various other worksheets to verify or tie in costs for vendor invoices.​
    * Must have a good understanding of how to split out a consolidate invoice, and/​or process consolidated billings to customers.​
    * Must possess excellent and strong written and verbal communication skills.​
    * A strong freight forwarding experience would be a plus.​

Salary range: 35,000 - 38,000 annually
