HEAD OF CENTRAL OPERATIONS
This is a Senior Management position, based at our head office (Karachi). The candidate should be an MBA (preferably from IBA / CBM / LUMS), with a professional experience of nearly 7 of 8 years.

This position is responsible for the management of Alternate Delivery Channels (ADC) of the Bank, IT Procurement Department, Clearing / Cash Management & Treasury Operations, ALCO activities, Borrowings, Repo & Settlements, RTGS management, Cash, Liquidity & Bank positions, Funds maturities & Bulk Stub Processing Operations.



DIRECTOR BPNA, CORPORATE FINANCE & SECRETARIAL OFFICE
This is a Senior Management position, based at our head office (Karachi). The candidate should be an MBA (female from IBA / CBM / LUMS), with a professional banking experience of nearly 7 to 8 years.


This position is responsible for heading the BPNA, Corporate Finance & Secretariat Office, which would require management of financial Institutions & related relationships. This position also entails responsibility for monitoring financial & legal aspects of corporate finance deals. Close liaison with Company Secretariat office, Board Meetings, Finalization of Minutes of the meeting & ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements, etc. Working closely with Financial Controller to ensure timely completion of tasks, specifically pertaining to Board / Management / Group Regulatory Bodies, etc.



PRODUCT MANAGERS
These are Middle Management positions, based in our Head Office (Karachi). The candidates should be MBAs (HEC recognized university), with a professional experience of 3 to 5 years, having strong people, interpersonal & writing skills, self-motivated with good business acumen.


This position is responsible for defining product strategy with roadmap & managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Document & report on product profitability along with operational product metrics. Tracking monthly sales performance along with recommendations for push and pull strategies. Conduct market research to understand the specific business requirements for target market segments. Develop the core product positioning along with communication for the product. Build a defined, repeatable, measurable sales process for product lines.



SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE
This is a Junior Management position, based in our Head Office (Karachi). This candidate should be a Bachelors in Computer Science (HEC recognized university), with a professional experience of 2 to 3 years, having strong communications and documentation skills.


This position is primarily responsible for all functional quality assurance of new & existing software applications. Development & documentation of QA testing scenario, while keeping track of all the bugs and change requests. Development of user / training manuals while providing support in deployment & training activities.

What do I need to do:

    Contribute to the achievement of the club's Balance Score Card results.
    Proactively contribute to the club 'Annual Operating Plan' (AOP), making recommendations that will ultimately deliver the club's targets and objectives.
    Ensure that you and your team contribute to the open and close duties required for the club to operate.
    Ensure that you and your team deliver the David Lloyd Leisure Brand Standards.
    Ensure that I maximise value for money for members, grow sales, drive retention and reduce attrition through the key tasks of selling members and managing the attrition process accordingly.
    Deliver an amount of new member sales in your club agreed monthly with the Regional Director (monthly targets finalised on the Daily Sales Reckoner).

    During the five stages of the role (generating enquiries, sales process, welcome, at risk, recovery), record and continually share insights with other Heads of Department that have been gathered from interactions and conversations with members.
    Ensure that all prospective and new member information is recorded accurately following the ClubCentric Standard Operating Procedures in line with the Sales & Membership Policy.
