Cardiology has an opening for a full time LPN to work within our newly created Congestive
Heart Failure program within the KU MAC clinic. This position will assess the needs of our
heart failure patients over the phone and also work with our nurse/nurse practitioner team to
care for them when it is appropriate for them to be seen in our HF clinic. The ability to
understand heart failure in patients and a comfort level for guiding and directing HF patients
to ensure appropriate care & decision making is critical in this position. A compassionate and
caring attitude toward these patients is also a must. If interested,
