•   Sourcing candidates through various sources like Job Portals, References, Cold Calling, etc for various client requirements.

•    Do first level interview before presenting the candidates to the clients

.•    Handle MIS reports.

•    Should be able to handle pressure.

•   Should be able to meet aggressive Placements.
